  • 1 tbsp beetroot powder or half kg natural beetroot
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 4 dates

  • Add all ingredients in blender except milk.
  • Head the milk to an electric milk steamer, or you can heat the milk on the stove in a pan.
