Doner kebab red sauce. Bursting with a tantalizing blend of hot and spicy flavors, this sauce is a must-have for spice enthusiasts around the globe. Whether you’re indulging in a succulent doner kebab or savoring a slice of pizza, this versatile sauce adds a sensational kick to any dish. The secret to its exceptional taste lies in the careful selection of chili peppers. While the heat sensitivity may vary, we recommend using medium-spiced Moroccan chilies for a well-balanced flavor profile. Remember, the more jalapenos or bells you include, the hotter your sauce will be, as they contain higher levels of cayenne pepper. To achieve the perfect balance, remove the seeds from the chili peppers, as they contain capsaicin, the compound responsible for their heat. Don’t forget to exercise caution and avoid touching your eyes after handling chili peppers. Serve this delectable sauce alongside rice, noodles, fries, or even as a marinade for meats and fish. Store it in the refrigerator once cooled or freeze it for later use. Unleash the fiery goodness of Doner kebab red chili sauce and embark on a spicy culinary adventure.
