Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Put tomatoes and garlic cloves around the chicken and feta.
Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Cut chicken into thin slices. In a shallow bowl, whisk together flour and egg; stir in salt.
Dip chicken in the mixture, then coat in the olive oil.
Place chicken in the baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through
