Instructions
Cutting onions finely, and slicing mushrooms.
Put the non-stick pan on flame and add chopped onion, Add olive oil fry the onion until golden.
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until softened.
Add the white wine and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper, then reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream and serve hot.
