Instructions
Stir fry half an onion with ginger and garlic on high heat for a few seconds or until fragrant.
Add some oil to your wok if needed before frying these ingredients.
Add chow fun noodles into the beef mixture, mixing well with your spatula.
Fry them together for a few more minutes until they are cooked thoroughly.
Pour two tablespoons worth of soy sauce onto chow fun before serving it.
