boneless, skinless white chicken breasts

can
(15 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1
can
(14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained

large
onion, chopped
2
cloves
garlic, minced
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
1
teaspoon
ground cumin
1/2
teaspoon
chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Place chicken in a slow cooker and top with onion, garlic, and undrained tomatoes; season with salt and pepper.
2. Cover, set to Low, and cook for 8 hours or until chicken is very tender.
3. Remove chicken to a cutting board and shred.
4. Return chicken to slow cooker; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Top with cheese.
5. Cover, set to High, and cook for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
6. Serve immediately.
