Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Notes
If you don't have an air fryer, you can also fry in a skillet over medium heat with 1 cup of oil for about 6-8 minutes per side.
