Looking for a tasty and spicy chicken kebab recipe? Look no further! This dish is simple to make and packed with flavor. You can use any type of chicken you like, but we recommend using a rotisserie bird for the best results. Simply season the chicken with salt, pepper, and chili powder, and then heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the cumin seeds, olive oil, tomato sauce, Mace powder, Nutmeg powder, chili powder and coriander. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Place the chicken strips in the bowl, Ginger garlic, and coat evenly with the marinade.
Grill for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes until chicken is tender and the water evaporates.
Turn off the flame now & use the fork to shred the chicken.
Boiled potatoes, green chilies, fresh coriander, and mash the potatoes with the help an electric mixer.
Serve immediately with your favourite sides.

Wrap the chicken kebab mixture in a large piece of foil, then place on a grill over medium heat. Grill until heated through. Chicken kebab is usually served with a salad, along with a side of rice. I like to add a little extra zing to mine by serving it over some grilled vegetables, such as grilled zucchini or mixed vegetables.
