- 2 cup of flour (all purpose flour)
- 1/4 tbsp of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 cup of butter (mixed butter)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar, egg together. Add the oil, butter, ginger and mix together until it forms a dough.
