How to store chow fun?

After you make the noodles, it’s best to immediately rinse them in cold water to prevent the noodles from sticking when they go in the fridge. Then put them in a zippertop bag or airtight container and refrigerate next day (or freeze, if you like). You can store chow fun in refrigerate  3 to 4 days. Chow fun is typically eaten with toppings that include sauce and vegetables that have been stir fried separately. If there are any problems with raw meat or veggies that have been used for cooking, simply cook again before serving them on top of Chow Fun.

How to reheat chow fun?

If you want to reheat chow fun, then first boil or steam some noodles. Preferably ramen noodles. Use chopsticks to make the pasta if possible, but break up the dry spaghetti is necessary. Add eggs (scrambled, hard boiled) soy sauce (light soy sauce), and onion if desired. Fry the tangle on high heat until it starts to brown on both sides, or at least until it starts drying out on one side of the pan.

It depends on what you are doing with the dish. 

You could serve this dish with some additional starch to make it a complete meal, or use it in place of pasta in an Italian based dish.

Ingredients
  

  • beef (sliced into small cubes)
  • 1/2 half an onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp ginger (crushed or minced),
  • 1 tbsp salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 packet chow fun noodles

Instructions
 

  • marinate the sliced beef in soy sauce for about 15 minutes.
  • stir fry half an onion with ginger on high heat for a few seconds or until fragrant. Add some oil to your wok if needed before frying these ingredients.
  • add salt and beef to the wok and fry for another minute.
  • add chow fun noodles into the beef mixture, mixing well with your spatula. Fry them together for a few more minutes until they are cooked thoroughly.
  • pour two tablespoons worth of soy sauce onto chow fun before serving it.
