Chimichurri Flank Steak
Ingredients
- 1 flank steak
- 1/2 cup Chimichurri sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together chimichurri sauce and olive oil.
- Season flank steak with salt and black pepper, then spread chimichurri mixture all over the steak. Place steak in a baking dish or on a plate and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
